The 10/100M Ethernet signal is transmitted over long distances using optical fiber. Transmission using optical fiber supports long-distance transmission (up to 20 km) and is less susceptible to interference from surrounding noise sources. It enables wiring in vast areas, long-distance wiring from remote locations, wiring in noisy factory environments, and wiring adjacent to power lines or signal lines that generate noise, all while maintaining signal quality. Additionally, since transmission does not use electricity, wiring near devices that are easily affected by electromagnetic interference does not introduce noise. Optical fiber supports single-mode/multi-mode, and the connection terminal is an SC connector. (Please consult us if conversion connectors or other accessories are needed.) The VAD-SD001E.L2.TRC transmits a single channel of 10/100M Ethernet over two single-mode optical fibers for a maximum distance of 20 km, and over two multi-mode optical fibers for a maximum distance of 2 km. It is effective for LAN connections with remote locations. Two VAD-SD001E.L2.TRC units are used in opposition for transmission.

The "SOT-GS8014V-2/GS15014V-2 series" is a spatial optical transmission device capable of data communication with up to 23 words in a single transmission. Since it can be connected directly, an I/F unit is not required. By using the expansion mode, data communication of up to 1000 words can be achieved. The "SOT-NP1601/NP1603 series" is a space optical transmission device that supports half-duplex bidirectional or unidirectional parallel communication, transmitting and receiving alternately. It allows switching between bidirectional and unidirectional transmission through a mode switch input. It transmits 16-bit parallel data for both input and output. SOT-SP801/SP803 series

New type with reduced size and weight from the SOT-NP series: Parallel data transmission.

The "SOT-SP801/SP803 series" is a parallel-type spatial light transmission device. The transmission method is half-duplex bidirectional, alternating between sending and receiving, designed for 8-bit data. Each parallel data transmission can be performed. The input/output indicator lights are red (IN) and green (OUT), matching the SOT-NP. An additional indicator light for M/L (formerly M/S) signals has been added, making it easier to confirm settings.
